Obviously, this isn't "real therapy" with a couch, a doctor, & a notepad.
It's just a fun term and a weekly beach routine to help relax, unwind, connect, AND grow because if you love the beach, then it is therapeutic to you. ;)
We practice our EI [emotional intelligence] skills PLUS being present, mindful, grateful, and intentional with other conscious co-creators!

Join us for camaraderie of other conscious co-creators! What does that mean? It just means that we practice being present, mindful, grateful, and INTENTIONAL together while enjoying each others' company and the tranquility/healing powers of the beach/water.

🌞Find us at the 6'x6' blue & white striped umbrella cabana and fabric feather sign that says "WE MEETUP HERE!" [see photo]
🌞You bring whatever YOU need to be comfortable for a few hours in the hot Florida sun: sunscreen, hat, umbrella/shade, chair, towel, sunglasses, water floats, hammock, food, water, etc.
🌞 Anyone can bring a ball or another sport to play...beach ball, volleyball, badminton, frisbee, etc.
🌞At 11:11am, we'll do a group activity around INTENTIONS. It's always more powerful as a group but it's optional.
🌞Later in the afternoon, we will be doing some interactive activities to up-level our EQ communication skills in an easy, stress-free way. In fact it's SO easy, you will even enjoy learning!
